Las Fuentes is the first housing development of the Avianda Group and is located in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Las Fuentes, now an established community, was an important transition in residential construction in Mexico, moving away from “bricks and mortar,” to Avianda’s concrete shell panelized system, meeting the highest seismic requirements and providing a 100% completed, quality product on delivery to customer.

Las Fuentes has 310 homes and the Casa Club with pool, tennis courts, soccer field, and children’s playground. The green areas make it one of the first of its kind in the city. Avianda was an innovator in bringing the Design Center Concept to the Mexican market and giving the customer the opportunity to select appliances, fixtures, and finishes.
